I feel like most of the things that I post on my blog are either about vacations or bummer things that happen to me. I promise that there are a LOT, I mean so so so many, really great things that happen in my life and I see those things and count them as blessings and I couldn't be happier at this stage in my life. I have so many things to be happy about.
#1. I got a call for an interview! I think maybe two but for sure one! I will let you know how they both go (after tuesday!) I am very excited/anxious/nervous/ecstatic/etc. Please bless I get a job!
#2. My hubby and I will be celebrating our one year in a month! Can you believe it? Time FLIES!
#3. We sold my car! This is both good and bad news. I loved my little blue racer, but it didn't seem very reasonable for us to be paying the insurance on that little guy in addition to the gas it sucked up etc etc. Plus, when I say little guy, I mean the car was really small inside. People could hardly fit in the backseat! So... this leads me to...
#4. We bought a NEW car! Okay... so it is not necessarily new but it is new to us, and it only had 58,000 miles on it (basically new, right?). We bought a 1997 Pearl Cadillac DeVille, which is truly in MINT condition and is incredibly roomy, has trunk space to fit 3 more passengers (not really. I mean it probably could, but we won't be putting anybody in the trunk) and it rides like a cloud. In fact, we nicknamed her the "Pearl Cloud" haha, we LOVE it and are more than thrilled that we were able to get such a steal of a deal purchasing her. Every time we get inside we just giggle and feel like we are the classiest people in the world, driving around in our Caddy. haha, its not even close, but it is fun to joke around about it!
So yeah, We have an amazing life. These next few months are going to be so exciting as we find out where I will be working, where we will be living, going on summer trips. I love the future because it is so unpredictable and I can't wait to find out what happens!
