Jeff's dad, Jose (or as we like to call him, Josie B (pronounced "Ho-zee"), purchased a smoker last fall and has been wow-ing us with his incredible creations and yummy food. He smokes everything and it all tastes amazing, from meat, to jerky, to fish, to ribs, to everything delicious.
The other day he smoked the Lake Trout that he and Jake caught in Flaming Gorge.
A pretty good investment if you ask me!
